80 grit is a very aggressive paper for nails. I realized this when I ordered so no problem. I use these for feet and toenails. they fit my old GE manicure set perfectly. The price was right. Delivery was reasonably prompt (about 2 weeks). These bands work fine on toe nails if used carefully, they will grab and go deeper than intended pretty quickly. They are great for callouses and rough skin. They are also fine for fine sanding on small woodworking projects if you follow up with finer paper after roughing off excess wood.
