I have to start by saying that you're not going to go into business with this one but for personal use, it works really well. The pen sports a standard 3/32 shank and (among it's many attachments) includes a nice, med-course Tirch Cylinder and a total of 36 mandrel/sanding bands. The attachments are very easy to swap in/out and hold tight. Also includes 3 nice, double-sided emery boards and a carry-pouch that fits everything. It has 6 speeds (from 5-30k RPM) which can be run in both (forward and reverse) directions. The battery-life is phenomenal. So far, I've used for two 15-minute stints at (15k rpm) and the battery readout still says 96% (started at 100). It recharges with type-C USB and may also be used while charging. I've run it through all speeds, tested the 'pause' feature, monitored battery life, etc., and can confirm that this kit is a good product and a great value.Just a couple of observations:⦁ Everything (from the electronics to the battery) are packed into the drill-pen. I personally like not having to deal with an extra cord and, while it's not heavy, it might be a little heavier than you're used to.⦁ For the novice, the included, concise instruction leaflet explains in plain language how to use this and what the bits are for (well done!). However, to install an attachment it says to, "Unscrew the collet". If you've never used one, this could be confusing. What you actually need to do is "twist" the movable ring to the 'unlocked' position, as designated on the body of the pen (not unscrew the tip of the pen surrounding the collet).⦁ It comes with warnings not to use for more than 20 minutes at a time and to let it cool down between uses. The motor is, no doubt, one of the ways the company was able to keep the cost under control and, as was mentioned, you will not go into business with this one but for personal use, it works really well.
